We’re looking for someone available 20–70%, who:
• Has a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Is reliable, trustworthy, and communicates clearly (no last-minute cancellations or delays)
• Works independently and takes initiative
• Keeps things tidy and organized
• Enjoys engaging with customers and delivering excellent service
• Has an eye for visual aesthetics and quality products
• Appreciates our jewelry style and fits within the brand universe
• Is motivated by reaching sales goals
• Is eager to learn, listen, and grow through feedback
• Has a naturally positive and friendly attitude
• Wants to be part of a growing brand and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
